SBVC Softball Players Get Post Seaon Recognition
Despite finishing the season with a record below .500 in the Foothill Conference, the SBVC softball team managed to get two of its players some post
season recognition by being selected for the All-Foothill Conference team. Sophomore right fielder Brittney Kanady (Cajon) shown left, was selected to the First Team All-Foothill Conference team, while teammate Keyasha Bluitt (San Bernardino High) the freshman third base player made the second team for her defensive skills at the hot spot. Both Kanady and Bluitt had solid offensive production at the plate. With Kanady being the only sophomore on the team, the Wolverines are expected to have much more success next season as all of the other starters return.
