Bittersweet Harvest Exhibit
Through October 30, a bilingual exhibition at Museum of History & Art, 225 South Euclid Ave., Ontario. Exhibit illuminates the largest guest worker program in U.S. history. “Bittersweet Harvest: The Bracero Program, 1942-1964” traces the entire Bracero experience. Caring for Family Treasures
Friday, September 30, at 1:00 p.m., Michele Nielsen, the San Bernardino County Museum’s curator of history, will present a program about caring for family treasures. The program is designed for people who have special souvenirs, family photographs, or special pieces of clothing they want to preserve for future generations. The presentation is free with paid museum admission. The museum is located at the California Street exit from I-10 in Redlands. Consumer Education/Health Fair
Thursday, October 6, at the Plaza Senior Apartments, 560 North “F” St., San Bernardino, Senator Gloria Negrete McLeod is hosting a free consumer education seminar from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., and a health fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A panel of experts will discuss home repairs and improvements, mortgage/loan scams, car repair scams, financial abuse and exploitation, local scams, lots more. The event is free.

Haunted Catacombs

The San Bernardino County Superior Court has formed a Speakers Bureau to increase public understanding and knowledge of the judicial branch of government.
