Community Blood Drive

Thursday, September 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 14955 Dale Evans Pkwy, Apple Valley. Drive is in honor of Kay Dance Johnson. Donors will receive an “Everyone’s a Kid” discounted ticket to Knott’s Soak City with first donation, and a free voucher with each subsequent donation through the 2010 season. Custom Car Show

Saturday, September 4, at the S.B. County Fairgrounds, 14800 Seventh St., Victorville. The 7th annual show will include a children’s zone and resource fair; fallen law enforcement officers will be honored. UnityFest

Saturday, September 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Moreno Valley Community Park (Soccer Park), 13380 Frederick St., Moreno Valley. Pharaoh’s Resource Fair and Festival

Apple Valley Fall Festival

Basketball Tournament
